The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement shall be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between you and Stripe Systems.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Obligations

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries or entering into agreements.

• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, servers, or systems.

• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property created during a client engagement shall be governed by the terms of the applicable SOW or service agreement. Stripe Systems retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties, unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services rendered shall be outlined in the applicable SOW or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stripe Systems Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Stripe Systems in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on this website.

For client engagements, warranties and service level commitments shall be defined in the applicable SOW or service agreement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to our website at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

Termination of services under a client agreement shall be governed by the terms of the applicable SOW or service agreement.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
